Progress roundup! #2

Another quick little devlog! I've also started posting these on Youtube & TikTok, if you wanna follow me on either of those!

  • Party members now play a little victory animation when the battle ends
  • Implemented the Mend spell to recover HP
  • Started working on the field state & map loading
  • Added a debug console
  • Refactor to make project compatible with NativeAOT, which will make game console ports easier in the future if I decide to pursue them.
  • Sketching some NPCs (for Ava, a side character you will meet in Galeport Harbor, and for a potion merchant)
  • Sketching enemy designs (for the Stingscythe, an enemy you encounter in the first dungeon of the game)
